A 65% stake in Skype is being sold by eBay to an investor group that includes the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board It is reported that eBay will receive approximately $1.9 Billion in cash, hold a $125M note, and retain the remaining 35% interest. Read more at San Jose Business Journal.
